Meet the Team

Seamus McGill is our interim Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. Seamus joined the Board of GAN in April 2014. He has 25 years’ experience in the gaming and technology industries and most recently was President of JOINGO, a mobile software company in San Jose, California. Prior to JOINGO, Seamus spent five years at Aristocrat Technologies as Chief Operating Officer and helped deliver 20% year-on-year growth in the Americas for the second largest manufacturer of slot machines and gaming solutions in the world. Prior to Aristocrat, he was President of Cyberview Technology before selling the company to IGT. Seamus held senior positions at WMS Gaming Inc. and oversaw the global growth of the company. He started his career in gaming with Mikohn Gaming Corporation.

Prior to joining GAN, Ms. Tiscareño served as General Counsel for William Hill where she oversaw the company’s retail and online sports betting expansion into the U.S. market and ensured compliance with the complex U.S. regulatory environment for online gaming. Prior to William Hill Ms. Tiscareño served as Assistant General Counsel at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. Ms. Tiscareño holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the Capital University Law School.

Brian Chang is the Interim Chief Financial Officer at GAN, assuming the role on November 25, 2022. With over a decade of financial expertise, Mr. Chang has been an integral part of GAN's leadership since September 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to his tenure at GAN, he served as the Vice President of Accounting and Reporting at Alorica, Inc. from 2014 to 2021 and gained valuable experience as an audit manager at Deloitte. Mr. Chang's career is marked by successful financial reporting, process optimization, and his adept management of integrations, divestitures, and restructuring initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Southern California. With his extensive financial acumen and leadership capabilities, Mr. Chang is a driving force behind GAN's continued success.

Giuseppe Gardali is our President, B2B. After a variety of commercial and operational roles within GAN, Mr. Gardali last served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Content Distribution, from March 2022 to date, role which he actively still covers.

Endre Nesset has been our President of B2C since August 2022 and is in charge of driving and growing our B2C operations based out of Tallinn, Estonia. Endre has 15 years of industry experience in online gaming across B2C and B2B operations across multiple markets and continents. Previous roles include SVP Global Sports at Coolbet / GAN and Director of Sports at GiG.

Jan has been in the software development business since 2000, doing hands-on development for every company in which he's worked, often in a management role. Jan was the first employee of Coolbet and, at the beginning of 2015, he quickly put together a development team to build the Coolbet platform from scratch. The software was being developed roughly a year before Coolbet went live with the website consisting of online Sports betting and Casino. Before Coolbet and GAN, Jan was working in Betsson Group as a Development Center Manager - with Nordicbet and Triobet brands.

Ervin Järvlepp is an accomplished marketing strategist and business innovator with a track record of driving exceptional results. Beginning at Coolbet in 2016 as the Country Manager for Estonia, Ervin quickly rose through the ranks and assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in 2017. With a keen eye for innovation and a remarkable understanding of the industry, he has successfully expanded his responsibilities to include the B2B side of the business, all while maintaining a firm grip on the global marketing efforts for Coolbet. With an MSc in Innovation under his belt, Ervin's passion for entrepreneurial ventures is evident, having successfully launched multiple startups before joining Coolbet. His dynamic leadership and strategic acumen continue to drive GAN's marketing endeavours to new heights.

Prior to joining GAN, Ms. Wong served as Global VP, Head of People, at Dollar Shave Club, where she helped lead the transformation of the organizations structure from Direct-to-Consumer to Omni-Channel, built the company’s global talent management strategy, and drove efficiencies across several components of the organization. Before joining Dollar Shave Club, Wong served as VP of Talent Management and Operations at NBC Universal. Prior to that, Wong held roles in Change Management at Apple Inc. and Salesforce.

Rob Lekites is responsible for establishing new Sports Betting relationships, and ensuring flawless operational integrations with our partners across North America. Rob joined GAN in early 2021, having come from TwinSpires (CDI) where he successfully led the Retail Sports betting development, and operations efforts across all new and existing markets. Rob has extensive experience in new market & business development across multiple industries including, iGaming, corporate lending, and hospitality. He brings to GAN a proven success record of growing and managing business partnerships across several domains, including his most passionate…Retail Sports Betting.
